Alberto Ardura has over 30 years of experience on different Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Client Coverage roles across Latin America.

During such period, he was responsible for Merrill Lynch’s operations in Mexico; Head of Latin American Capital Markets and Client Coverage groups for Deutsche Bank; Vice Chairman of Corporate Finance for Latin America and member of the Emerging Markets, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking Executive Committees for Deutsche Bank.

Until recently he was Nomura’s Investment Bank and Client Coverage Head for Latin America.

Alberto is based in New York and Mexico City where he runs an Advisory firm, representing several clients on different M&A, Structured Credit and Capital Structure cross border assignments across LatAm.
